Change of GCC Chair

Farewell to outgoing Chair, Raymond Tan, who has stepped down to join the Kaipātiki Local Board for the remainder of their term. we wish him all the best. And congratulations to Upasana Nigam who steps up from her role as Deputy Chair to become our new Chair here at the Centre, we know she’ll do great work.
