We welcome comments, suggestions, compliments, and concerns from our community, user groups, hirers, tenants, volunteers, and stakeholders. Feedback helps us understand what we are doing well, where we can improve, and how the Centre can continue to meet the needs of our local community.

From time to time, we may invite feedback through short surveys or consultation forms. When a survey is available, a link will be provided on this page.

We welcome general feedback at any time. This may include:

Formal Complaints

Some matters may need to be handled through a formal complaints process, especially if they involve a serious concern, privacy matter, safety issue, conduct concern, or request for investigation.

Where appropriate, we will direct you to the relevant policy or procedure and explain the next steps.
